Short answer is, yes you cum but its different or weird the first while and some frustrating things like it not being truly hands free (without something to guide it). My box has gotten loud too over time. Make sure to buy the wear and tear parts from them, instead of sending it in, waaaaaay to expensive and it’s pretty easy to change the piston and diaphragm ourselves.
